Maybe the gym isn't your jam.
Maybe the outside world is too peopley these days.
Maybe you like to exercise naked.

Whatever your reason is, you can move with me in the comfort of your own home! Do you know I have hosted Move+Motivate online workouts for over 2 years now? Why? It's fun, sweaty, and consistent (and totally affordable). 45 minutes of low impact moves. Anyone can join. All you need is a body and some light weights.

Thursdays in February, only $20 for all 4 classes. Join us!

A reminder that our next Zoom sesh starts in one week (January 4)! We'll move, sweat and have fun for 45 minutes!

The recommended weights are 5-8lbs, but these workouts are great for all levels because you can use any weights (or no weights) to increase or decrease the intensity. Low-impact and all welcome, right in the comfort of your own home. It's $20 for all 4 classes in January. See you Wednesday at 6:00pm!

I haven't posted much in the last little while, because honestly I have been enjoying sunshine as we should in the summer! I've also been quietly coaching some people through their summer. We've been sweating and moving! Movement should never stop! 😄😄
