November 5th my sweet little Maya Lee Rose was welcomed earth side.

Although the first 48 hours were scary (a story I'll share soon), you proved your strength and came home to where you belong.

Here's to our Full circle moment my sweet Maya💛

As of November 1st BeForYou will move into a new phase. We will be welcoming .aurahousebrampton to the space to create The Aura House Bolton.

Lisa, Diana & I are over the moon excited for this next chapter.

The BeForYou brand will still exist. From here I will create beautiful workshops, markets, events & yoga class offerings & more.
But for now, I will prepare for my little girl to arrive, and to live in a blissful baby bubble for as long as I need 💛

This is not goodbye, it’s see you soon!
Christina, you have been with us since day 1. I can still remember the night we met, the time spent chatting and the love I felt from you that evening, and every evening class since. You have been a beacon of comfort, support, and light for so many students.
I can safely say that we will all miss you.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for showing up and holding space 💛

Jasmine started with BeForYou from its infancy. She has been a pillar in our studio and our community. She brought so much fun and joy to each class, ensuring to challenge support even if the student didn’t think they could do it.
From day 1 she has been there for me, for us. To not see her on the schedule anymore will be sad, but we support her throughout her new journey.

Jasmine, thank you for trusting in my vision, for always saying yes and always being such a beacon of light in our community.
