We’re excited to be growing together! Many of you have noticed that classes are getting full, and we’re actively monitoring the schedule to add more sessions as needed to keep the studio accessible for everyone. Remember, the waitlist system works! With our 12-hour cancellation policy, you’ll have a 3-hour window to book a spot if one becomes available, after which the next person will have an opportunity. So don’t hesitate to join the waitlists—they really do work!

Our Reformer Machines ✨

Pureform Movement has 5 of these beautiful balance body allegro 2 machines giving you the ultimate movement experience.

These reformer machines are super versatile giving us many ways to build strength, stability, and endurance! The clean design of these reformers allow us to squeeze in multiple movements in one class. Expect each class to be different with these versatile machines and creative instructors.

Our machines have 3 tension levels: red, blue, yellow! Red is the heaviest, blue is the middle, and yellow is the lightest. Heavy doesn’t mean hard and light doesn’t mean easy. Make sure you listen to your instructor for spring tension variations!
