coach put on what was, in my opinion, one of the standout performances of the tournament so far.

Composed, technical, and in complete control from start to finish, she earned a dominant victory over France to advance to the semifinals.

palmer._ continued an incredible run, earning a unanimous decision over a tough opponent from Scotland.

That makes five fights in less than a week, a true test of skill, and conditioning- off to the semis.

love_ battled through a strong challenge from Sweden, earning a unanimous decision with composure and relentless pressure. Another semifinal spot secured for Team Canada.

The body gets tired.

Adversity reveals character, and character was on full display today. Champions aren’t built when everything goes their way. They’re forged in moments like these.

Proud of this young man and the level he showed throughout this tournament. He represented himself, his team, and his country.

Only gratitude for the journey, respect for the challenge, and a commitment to return better than before.
