✨ 4 WEEKS. 6 LBS DOWN. INCREDIBLE PROGRESS. ✨

These August Sculpt results deserve to be celebrated! 👏🏼

In just 4 weeks, she is officially 6 lbs down, but the scale is only a small part of this transformation. The change in her body composition is incredible and you can SEE the difference. 🔥

This is what happens when you focus on the things you can control:
✨ Consistent strength training
✨ Nutrition that supports your goals
✨ Showing up even when life is busy
✨ Staying committed long enough to let those habits work

And this was only FOUR WEEKS.

I’m so proud of the work she put in throughout August. Not because she was perfect, but because she was consistent and those small choices added up to some pretty amazing results. 💪🏼

6 lbs down + inches lost + a noticeable body composition change = one very successful August Sculpt! 🤍

Now imagine what another 8 weeks of consistency can do… 👀

The Fall Reset starts September 7th. 🍂

You probably don’t need more motivation. You need a plan. 💪

Motivation is great when it’s there.

But it’s not always going to be.

Some days you’re tired. Some weeks are chaotic. Work gets busy. Kids have activities. Life happens.

That’s why I don’t build fitness around motivation.

I build it around habits.

Schedule your workouts.
Have a plan when you walk into the gym.
Keep easy protein options around.
Move your body.
Do what you can, even when it isn’t perfect.

Because the people who get results aren’t necessarily the most motivated.

They’re the ones who keep showing up. 🤍

And if you’ve been waiting for September to get yourself back into a routine… maybe this is your sign to start now! 🙌

HOTEL WORKOUTS ✈️💪🏼 SAVE THIS ONE.

One thing about me… I’m probably going to find the hotel gym. 😂

But not because I’m trying to “work off” vacation food or because I think taking a few days off will ruin my progress.

I genuinely feel better when I move.

Hotel workouts aren’t the time to chase PRs or worry about having the perfect equipment. Sometimes it’s 20–30 minutes, a couple dumbbells and whatever the hotel gym has available.

The goal is simple:

✨ Move your body
✨ Get a little sweat in
✨ Maintain the habit
✨ Feel GOOD
✨ Then go enjoy your vacation

I put together 2 simple full-body hotel workouts you can screenshot and save for your next trip. 🤍

And remember… your workout should ADD to your vacation, not take away from it.

Save this for your next trip ✈️ & send it to your favourite travel buddy.

What I eat in a day as a personal trainer who isn’t currently tracking her macros 👀🍴

Right now, I’m taking a break from tracking, but that doesn’t mean my nutrition goals disappear.

I still aim for around 150-170g of protein a day, prioritize whole foods, eat plenty of fruits and veggies, and make sure I’m eating enough to fuel my training and support muscle growth. 💪

The difference? After years of paying attention to my nutrition, I have a pretty good idea of what my body needs without having to weigh and track every single thing I eat.

Most of my meals are built around:

🥩 A solid protein source
🍚 Carbs to fuel my workouts and busy days
🥑 Healthy fats
🥦 Fruits & veggies for those micronutrients
🍫 And foods I simply enjoy—because balance matters too.

Tracking can be an amazing tool, and I use it when I have a specific goal I’m working toward. But the ultimate goal is to learn what balanced eating looks like so you don’t feel like you have to track forever.

Protein is still the priority.
Consistency is still the goal.
And enjoying my food is always part of the plan. 🤍

Would you guys like to see more full days of eating like this?

Want to grow your glutes?
Start by mastering the basics. 🍑

You don’t need 15 different glute exercises or a new workout every week.

You need movements you can perform well, progressively overload, and consistently get stronger at.

🍑 Hip Thrusts — load the glutes heavily in their shortened/contracted position.

🍑 Romanian Deadlifts — challenge the glutes in a lengthened position while also working the hamstrings.

🍑 Bulgarian Split Squats — train the glutes through a big range of motion while building single-leg strength and stability.

Together, you’re getting heavy hip extension, a loaded stretch, and unilateral work which is a really solid foundation for glute training.

But remember: the exercise isn’t magic 🪄

Good form + enough effort + progressive overload + consistency + adequate nutrition = where the results come from.

Save this for your next lower-body day. 🍑💪

Comment 🍑 if you want to see more of my fav glute exercises!

People often ask me why I became a personal trainer. But I don’t think I’ve ever really shared the whole reason. ❤️

The truth is…

It was never about helping women become smaller.

It was about helping women become stronger.

Stronger physically.
Stronger mentally.
More confident.
More capable.

Growing up, I was always the muscular, thicker athlete during a time when being skinny was the ideal. Even as a provincially ranked athlete, doing incredible things with my body, there were times I was embarrassed by how it looked.

And it’s funny how trends come full circle, because we’re starting to see that pressure to be smaller creep back in again.

Now, as a coach and as a mom raising girls, I feel even more strongly about the message I want them, and every girl and woman I coach to hear:

Strong is beautiful. Muscle is feminine. And taking up space is nothing to be ashamed of. 💪

I never want my girls, or any girl or woman, to believe that being strong somehow makes them less beautiful or less feminine.

I’ve watched women walk into my studio feeling intimidated, unsure of themselves, convinced they weren’t “gym people”, scared to get bulky or too muscular.

Months later, they’re lifting weights they never imagined, encouraging other women, and believing in themselves in ways that go far beyond fitness.

That’s why I coach.

Not just because I love exercise.

Because I love what strength can do for someone’s confidence. ❤️

And if the next generation grows up wanting to see what their bodies are capable of, instead of constantly worrying about making them smaller… that’s a win I’ll take every single time.

5 Things Women Need To Stop Believing About Strength Training 👇

If I could sit down with every woman before she started her fitness journey, these are the five things I’d want her to know.

So many women walk into my studio believing they need to lose weight before joining a gym, spend hours doing cardio, or that lifting weights will make them bulky.

The truth is…

🤍 Strength training isn’t about becoming smaller.

It’s about becoming stronger.

It’s about building confidence.

It’s about proving to yourself that you’re capable of more than you thought.

You don’t have to know everything before you begin.
You don’t have to be perfect.
You don’t have to do it alone.

You just have to take that first step.

💬 Which one have you believed before? I’d love to know.
