Glutes are the rage but building them can be, well, uncomfortable. I offer specialized glute programs with more than just thrusts and squats and cover all aspects of the glute muscle group. And thats all true in fitness, except with professional coaching and on point nutrition, you can speed that up. Sorta like taxes, you can do it yourself, or you can usually get back more or pay less with a professional
