Our inner world is shaped by many things. All our experiences, family beliefs, relationships, community attitudes and the systems we live in.
Learning and change come from the brave openness, to allow curiosity a chance to uncover what’s underneath the surface.
To discover ourselves through reflection, with a chance to understand our place in this world.
Reiki has a way of holding with compassion the levels of our being, so we can open up to deeper parts of ourself to reflect.

We are a part of the energy of this whole planet. We are biologically antennas for creation.
While the world around us expresses different levels of design. It can be disheartening or distressing to witness and process.
Coming home to thyself, the intuitive center of God source, is where I’m being guided.
It’s from that potent expansive center, that I can deepen my capacity to listen, nurture and create from.
Holding space for healing myself and others, is my deep desire to be part of shifting this realm into a beautiful place we all feel safe, loved and nurtured in.
