Line Dancing to lose weight. While not sure this will be my cup of tea; I think it's a genius idea for those who enjoy country music and dancing! Why not enjoy your workouts?

Who's interested in joining me?

I am 3 weeks away from completing my Body Beast workout program and am going to commit to working through 21 Day Fix...starting Monday, April 4th. If you are interested in joining my Workout Group, please let me know. Love the home gym where I don't have to clean the weights until the end of the workout! Bulk chest done today...pushed it hard! Was the first time in the 9 weeks I've been doing it that I have been able to complete the 3 sets up decline push-ups included at the very end of the routine, was so happy for that progress even if it left my chest burning!

Monthly check-in - Only down 3.6 lbs this month (damn plateau) but I've noticed a big loss in inches instead. Have been able to trade my big jeans for smaller ones I had from before!

Been struggling with cravings and while I keep my snacking sizes minimal, I've been doing it too often. Got to smarten up for March!

Workouts feel good and have become a norm at this point; which makes me very happy. Started out with them feeling like work and have reached the point where I look forward to them (other than Legs...though have been finding those really rewarding despite the intense burn).
