🏒 PRACTICE MVPs | HARD WORK PAYS OFF! 💪

After many practices before our first games this weekend, we recognized four Muskoka Sharpshooters who have shown what it takes to be an MVP of practice: Rudy, Kale, Jarred, and Isaac! 👏

Each player received a $30 Booster Juice gift card as a reward for their hard work and dedication.

Being an MVP of practice isn't about scoring the most goals or being the best player on the ice. It's about showing up ready to work, pushing yourself when things get tough, listening to your coaches, applying feedback, and making the most of every opportunity to improve.

We're proud of these four players for setting a great example. Keep working, keep learning, and keep pushing each other to be better! The season is just getting started. 🔥

Congratulations to all our athletes who stepped onto the competition floor at UG this year. Whether you were chasing the podium, hitting a personal best, or simply giving it your all, we’re incredibly proud.

Watching you challenge yourselves, support each other, and represent Bracebridge Strength & Conditioning with such determination and heart is why we do what we do.

Our gym is about more than workouts—it’s about confidence, connection, growth, and community. Seeing everyone come together to cheer each other on reminded us why we love this place.

Since some of you only know us as “the one who makes me do burpees”… we figured it was time for a proper introduction. 😅

We’re the early-morning motivators, technique fixers, rep counters, cheerleaders, and occasional victims of our own workout programming.

Different personalities. Different coaching styles. One goal: helping you become stronger, healthier, and more confident every time you walk through our doors.

Whether you’re brand new to fitness or chasing your next big goal, we’re here to support you every step of the way.
