30 years ago today , in Boston , Brennan won the Young Masters Invitational Junior Golf Championship …today , he and Coach Bo and the Vols Golf Team won the Purdue Boilermaker Invitation in Indianna and Brice won the individual championship !! Happy birthday to Brennan ( hard to imagine a birthday in the near future with start with a 5 !! …BUT age is only a number and if you didn’t know what year you were born , how old would you be ?? 😃😃 )

We lost the founder of South Muskoka Curling and Golf Club with the passing of George Parlett this week . I was honored to be part of the tribute to George on Sunday . Without George , there would never have been a SMC&GC ....one of a kind !!!

Snow is arriving soon in Bracebridge and we are going to beat it out of town for the winter ....4th season of retirement from SMC&GC and it just keeps on getting better ...thanks to the fantastic staff in all departments , it was a VERY enjoyable season

Just ending third season of retirement from South Muskoka and a very very enjoyable golf season thanks to the hard work of our new Pro/Gm , Mark Deactis and his terrific crew including Sarah , David , Michael and the rest of the "kids " ...

Miss our " golf course kids " and older " kids " as well but retirement is awful enjoyable....looking forward to golfing soon at South Muskoka....been walking around and winter has been very kind to the course ....
