Today we’re celebrating Sienna, and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate this amazing girl!

Sienna has been part of the EDC family as a dancer for many years, and this season she’s taking on a brand new role as a Junior Instructor, sharing her love of dance with some of our littlest dancers while learning under the mentorship of our senior EDC faculty.

We’re so proud of the beautiful, talented, kind and dedicated young woman she has become, and we’re especially excited that we get to have her with us for her final year as an EDC dancer! 💙

Grade 12, her final season of dance, a new role on the teaching staff, and a big adventure waiting for her after graduation… there is SO much ahead for this girl! 🎓✨

A new season means new goals, new friendships, new challenges and new memories...and we cannot wait to see what this year has in store for our dancers! 💙

We’re also excited to introduce our 2026–2027 Elite Dance Corps Faculty!

This season, you’ll see some familiar faces returning, along with new faces joining the EDC family. Our faculty brings a wide range of experience, talent and perspective to our dancers.
From seasoned educators and adjudicators to professionals working in performance, film, television, choreography and master instruction, our dancers will learn from artists with incredible industry experience.
We’re also excited to welcome young, emerging educators who bring fresh energy and ideas while being mentored by experienced EDC faculty.

Our goal is simple: to challenge, inspire, encourage and support our dancers, while creating a studio environment where they can grow, make friendships, build confidence and LOVE to dance. 💙

And just like that… our 2026 graduates have officially entered the world as EDC ALUMNI. 💙

As you head off to university and begin this exciting new chapter, we hope you know just how incredibly proud we are of each and every one of you. We’ve watched you grow not only as dancers, but as strong, talented, kind and confident young women, and it has been such a privilege to be part of your journey.

You have left your mark on Elite Dance Corps in more ways than you know, and while we are SO excited to see where life takes you, we’re going to miss you more than words can say. Your studio will always be here, your EDC family will always be cheering you on, and you will always have a place at EDC. 💙

And to the dance moms beside them...THANK YOU. For the countless hours in the car, the costumes, the rehearsals, the competitions, the encouragement, the tears, the celebrations and for supporting not only your dancers, but EDC along the way. You have been such an important part of our family, and we’re going to miss you too!

Today we’re celebrating Sofia Alves! We hope your day is filled with love, laughter, and everything that makes you smile.

As our Office Administrator and Preschool Teacher for our Baby Bop and Kinderdance programs, Sofia brings so much kindness, positivity, and care to our Elite Dance Corps family. We are so excited to watch her continue her journey this fall as she completes her Performing Arts Educators of Canada Early Dance Education course💙

We’re also so proud to have Sofia as an Elite Dance Corps alumna, and we can’t wait to see all that you’ll accomplish.
