It is with heavy hearts that we say goodbye to an incredible mom, wife, family member, BHSA member, and dear friend, Tanja Orlok-Mauko. Tanja was a remarkable person— thoughtful, kind, funny, and always selfless, ensuring that no one went without.

Her unwavering support for her daughter Sarah was evident at every skating competition, where her cheers from the stands could always be heard. Tanja encouraged her children to pursue their passions and be their very best.

She fought her battle with lung cancer with immense courage, and we are deeply grateful to have known and loved Tanja. She will be profoundly missed. 🤍🕊️

We 💛 Learn to Skate at BHSA!

Our program is returning in the new year, with not one but TWO days of skating! BHSA’s Learn to Skate is great for kids who are just starting out on the ice, or looking to continue building on existing skills. We work with everyone from an inclusionary standpoint emphasizing positive reinforcement, challenging fun and effort recognition! Children with disabilities are welcome!

Our 11-week program is available each week starting January 10th on Wednesdays & Thursdays! Enrollment is open— click the 🔗 in our bio!
