Two days ago was HARD. 💚

Yesterday was heartbreaking 💔

Two days ago, I sent an announcement to our Leap Dance Academy friends and families to let them know that we are closing Leap Dance Academy. Making this decision was so difficult. Telling the staff was very heart-breaking. But letting our dancers know was devastating. We know Leap is their second home and it is truly a place that welcomes everyone into the dance space.

Yesterday, I saw the heartbreak. I saw the sadness in some of the dancers faces I know there have been lots of tears. And I am so sorry.

I want to take a moment and thank those who took the time to reach out with some kind words.

Although I am deeply saddened that the studio is coming to an end, I am hopeful and eager to see what the future holds for each of us. I would like to wish each of you the best of luck in the future and hope that dance remains an important part of your lives. I take comfort in knowing that a little piece of Leap will stay in each of your hearts as you move forward, as I know it will surely live forever in mine.

Thank you for providing so many heartfelt, beautiful and happy memories that I will continue to cherish, always.

Thank you Leap Faculty. Thank you Leap Parents. Thank you Dancers for dancing so well.💚
