🇨🇦🥋 Representing Canada. Making Kaizen proud.

We’re incredibly proud to celebrate Genesis Reid’s first World Championship experience, representing Team Canada and Kaizen Martial Arts on the world stage!

Gen competed in Cadet (U16) Female Kumite −47 kg and finished joint 9th out of 48 competitors from around the globe! 🌎

With two wins and two losses, Genesis gained valuable experience against some of the best athletes at this level. We’re proud of the courage, determination, and commitment she showed throughout her journey.

Every match brings valuable lessons. This milestone is another important step in Genesis’s growth as an athlete and a testament to the system we’re building at Kaizen. We look forward to welcoming her back, hearing her stories, and seeing her share what she’s learned with her teammates.

Congratulations, Genesis! Your hard work and dedication continue to make us proud. We can’t wait to see what comes next.

From Beginner to Martial Artist. 🥋💪

When Naeem joined Kaizen Martial Arts in his 30s, he had absolutely no martial arts experience.

Fast forward just months later, and he’s almost unrecognizable.

💪 Physically stronger.
🧠 Mentally tougher.
🔥 More confident.
🥋 And now he’s performing techniques he probably only ever imagined doing after seeing them on TV or in movies!

But the real transformation goes far beyond what happens on the mats.

One of the things we’re most proud of at Kaizen Martial Arts is our ability to positively impact lives by helping people develop confidence, discipline, resilience, and healthy lifestyle habits that actually stick.

Martial arts isn’t just about learning how to fight. It’s about becoming a stronger, more capable version of yourself.

Gen will compete at Worlds in Poland from October 14–18 as Kaizen’s first competitor to reach this stage. Her continued growth is a testament to the program we’re building and the dedication she brings to her training.
