MAY WALKING CHALLENGE 🚶♂️🌿
For the month of May, we’re focusing on one of the simplest and most powerful things you can do for your health… walking.
The goal is to track your total distance from intentional walks throughout the month.
This isn’t your step count from daily life. It’s time you set aside on purpose to get outside and move.
Morning walks, evening walks, weekend hikes, solo time, or walking with friends or family… it all counts.
Why are we doing this?
Because walking checks a lot of boxes:
• Improves cardiovascular health
• Supports fat loss and recovery without adding stress
• Helps regulate your nervous system
• Boosts mood, focus, and mental clarity
And just as important, it gives you a reason to step away from screens, slow things down, and surround yourself with the natural beauty that exists all around us. Trails, parks, quiet streets, trees, water… it doesn’t have to be far or perfect to have an impact.
It’s also one of the lowest barrier forms of exercise:
No cost
Minimal risk
Accessible to almost everyone
And a very high return on investment
This challenge isn’t about being perfect. It’s about being more intentional.
Track your distance throughout the month, update it when you’re in the gym, and let’s see how far we can go as a group.

Bike challenge update…
Over 2 million meters biked 🔥
Whose legs are sore? 🙋🏻
🚴♂️ 1,000,000 METERS… and counting.
We’ve officially passed the million meter mark in our April Bike Challenge 🔥
The effort this month has been unreal — members grinding before class, after class, in open gym… just finding ways to get it done. This is what community looks like.
Consistency. Accountability. A little bit of competition 😏
Shoutout to everyone putting in the work — it’s adding up fast.
👀
If you’ve been watching from the sidelines and want in, it’s not too late.
Jump in, get some meters, and be part of it.

Strong, capable, confident 💪
This is what resistance training is all about — and it’s especially important for women.
Building muscle isn’t just about how you look (although that’s a great bonus 😉). It supports bone health, metabolism, injury prevention, and long-term independence.
Our Women’s Hypertrophy Program is built around exactly that:
✨ 2 structured sessions per week
✨ Varied resistance training workouts
✨ A supportive, encouraging community that makes showing up easier
And honestly… these classes are just fun. The energy, the effort, the progress — it’s unreal to watch.
If you’ve been thinking about getting into strength training, this is your sign.

Bring a friend who runs… or one who should be running 👀
This one’s going to be a game changer.
Most people think the gym has to be serious to be effective.
Like if you’re not grinding, suffering, or dragging yourself through it… it “doesn’t count.”
That’s just not true.
The best training environments—the ones that people actually stick with—feel different.
They feel like:
• Walking in and knowing people
• High fives and inside jokes
• Coaches who actually see you
• Working hard… but wanting to be there
Because here’s the reality:
If you don’t enjoy it… you won’t do it long enough for it to matter.
And consistency beats intensity every single time.
That doesn’t mean it’s easy.
You’ll still sweat. You’ll still get challenged.
But it should be something you look forward to.
Something that makes your day better—not something you have to survive.
So yeah… we want you stronger, fitter, healthier.
But we also want it to be:
👉 the best hour of your day.
