Preschool Gymnastics Coach

Job Responsibilities

Coach gymnastics classes for children 18 mos- 5yrs.
Fully engage with children at all times.
Plan lessons according to theme and curriculum, ages and stages.
Be creative with themes, games, circuits etc
Teach positions, shapes and skills according to pre-school curriculum.
Conduct testing as required within applicable programs.
Complete report cards and certificates accurately, positively and on time.
Interact with parents of students in a positive, professional manner.
Assist with all club events.

NCCP Foundations Gymnastics Required (or willing to obtain)
ECE an asset!
Vulnerable Sector Required

Must be available 2-3 evenings and weekends.

Rate $15-20/hr depending on qualifications and experience.

Gymkids Program Manager/Camps Director

All Star Sports Centre located in Brampton, Ontario Canada is seeking an experienced Level 2 NCCP certified, gymnastics or trampoline coach and administrator, to join our coaching and management team!

This is an exciting and unique opportunity for the right individual! Are you looking for a change, great hours and an opportunity to succeed? Yes you can work in a fantastic environment, inside an outstanding facility - with high standards and a great reputation.

This individual will be coaching, supervising, administrating and growing our successful GYMKIDS After school program, as well as coordinating PA Days, Movie Nights and school groups from Sept-June. In July and August the position involves directing our Summer Camp Program.

GYMKIDS Sept - June Monday- Friday 1-6pm minimum
Summer Camp Director - July - Aug Monday- Friday 7:30 - 1:30 minimum
(**hours can be flexible and can easily be combined with other coaching and/or administrative responsibilities, creating a full time opportunity, 25-40hrs are available)

Requirements for the Successful Candidate:

• 5 years minimum recreational coaching experience is preferred
• Management experience is preferred
• Interest in business development and or diploma is ideal
• 2 years sales experience is preferred
• 2 years marketing experience and or diploma is preferred
• Social Media savvy
• Positive, outgoing personality
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Highly organized
• Highly efficient
• Team oriented
• Dynamic, hardworking, independent
• Loves children
• Lives an active life

Salary to will depend on qualifications and experience. Salary may include a vehicle 😊. Start Date: Jan 15, 2017.
