🚨 SEASON OF STRENGTH: WEEK 1🚨

Starting our Season of Strength, and that means it’s time to TEST! 💪

Coach Ryan is walking us through the testing process as we establish our baseline numbers for the four key lifts:
🏋️ Squat
🏋️ Deadlift
💪 Chest Press
🚣 Single Arm Row

These numbers will help track your progress throughout the challenge and show just how much stronger you can become over the coming weeks. Remember, this isn’t about comparing yourself to anyone else—it’s about finding your starting point and celebrating every win along the way.
