Westman Airsoft Con

Well after recent discussions with the current venue, prices are going up again and they are throwing in all sorts of extra charges plus security requirements. So basically they're doubling our costs so we regretfully inform our airsoft community that we will not be holding WAC 2027 due to the increased costs. We'd like to thank everyone for their support over the years. To our players, our vendors and our wonderful sponsors. We thank you all.

We just wanted to share this message that we received today by a very happy mother of a new player. You guys sure made a mark on this guy and we just wanted to say, keep up the good work guys!

I just wanted to send a note of thanks after the airsoft convention.

My 16-year-old son, James, just received his first airsoft gun for Christmas and had been looking forward to this event for quite some time. As a parent, it was truly wonderful to see him so excited and passionate about something. He came home absolutely thrilled and kept saying how awesome the event was.

What stood out most to us was how welcoming and supportive everyone was. From participants to vendors, people were kind, patient, and genuinely willing to take the time to explain things and offer advice to a young person who is just getting started. Even the folks selling at the tables were incredibly approachable and generous with their knowledge.

Thank you so much for all the work, planning, and effort that went into running this event. You created a positive and encouraging environment, and it made a big impression on my son.

Well thats a wrap folks! Another westman airsoft con, come and gone. We had some super awesome sponsors, great vendors, and of course we couldn't put this event on without all of our players. A huge thank you to everyone, once again for making WAC 2026 a success. If anyone has any photos they took and want to drop on here, feel free.

Just a note for players, try to avoid setting up in the west hallway / main entrance area as this is where all of our vendors will be setting up. You are more than welcome to use the north, east and south hallways. And then if there is room left after the vendors set up. You can then use the remainder of the west hallway. Thank you for your cooperation!

Do you have something you'd like to sell or trade at the event? There will be tags available for anyone who wants to put something up for sale in the buy/trade/sell table area.

The keystone centre has renamed the part of the building we are using to the Assiniboine Credit Union Agricultural Centre. Still a mouthful but just to let everyone know its so the same building.

⚠️​ At our event, we have a 3 strike policy. We will have our puncher on-site so Please be respectful and have integrity. We dont want to see anyone asked to leave the premises
