👉How are you doing at home?? While staying at home, our physical activity is likely more limited now than it used to be. Many of us may also be experiencing reduced motivation to maintain the activity levels we had before the coronavirus pandemic began.

👉Although we are currently unable to exercise with friends, attend in-person exercise classes with like-minded strangers, or go to the gym the way we used to, technology offers a helpful alternative to keep us connected and accountable to our social support networks while we exercise.

2020 was a year of ups and downs, challenges and changes. ⠀

We made the very difficult decision to close the doors of Embark ⠀
Fitness 365 in November 2020 😢. ⠀
⠀
We thank each and every one of you for your dedication and support over the past 6 years. For many of us it was more than just a place to workout. It became a place of encouragement, support, great friendships, the best hour of your day, smiles, sweat, soreness, pride and so much more. ⠀

Make 2021 about your health and happiness! ⠀

As tough as 2020 was, we were also blessed with an unexpected surprise. Brett and I are expecting a baby girl very soon 🥰. She is already so loved. ⠀

We are fortunate to have such wonderful people in our lives. Our Embark Fitness family surprised us with a virtual baby shower 3 days before Christmas. You all mean the world to us! ❤️ We thank you for all the fabulous gifts and making us feel so very special! She already has many honorary aunts, uncles, grandmas and grandmas ready to love her and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome her to the world. She already has her first pair of workout shoes 😜. ⠀

Even though the physical location of the gym has closed, we will be offering our remote coaching and nutrition services in the future. We will provide updates, including updating our website and social media pages. ⠀

✅You’ll be kept accountable by checking off your daily tasks in the APP and you will have a weekly check-in with your coach. You’ll have easy in app messaging where you can reach out to your coach whenever you need to.
