Welcome Coach Kara ⚽️

We’re extremely excited to welcome Kara Hughes to the Evo Academy coaching staff!

Kara brings a strong background in both playing and coaching. She spent time playing at Conestoga College, Wilfrid Laurier University (Brantford), and RED Academy of Soccer (OWSL).

She is currently an Assistant Coach with the Laurier University Women’s Soccer Team in Brantford and will be bringing that experience to Evo as a Lead Coach within our academy.

This man deserves so much credit.

A former captain at the University of Waterloo, Mike has been with Evo since Day 1 and has played a massive role in the growth and development of our academy.

Above all else, Mike is a great person and he truly epitomizes the values that Evo stands for. We are extremely grateful and fortunate to have someone like him as part of our team.

Mike will continue to be one of our lead coaches, helping develop our players, support our coaching staff, and continue to improve and shape the philosophy we believe in at Evo.

We’re extremely excited to welcome Noah DeDominicis to the Evo Academy coaching staff!

Born and raised in Brantford, Noah brings a wealth of playing experience to our coaching team, including time at St. Bonaventure University (NCAA Division I), Brock University (OUA), and a League1 Ontario championship with Scrosoppi FC 🏆

Noah will be joining Evo as a coach within our academy, assisting with our Fall/Winter Academy Program.

We’re excited to launch our new “5, 6, 7s” Pre-Academy Training Program ⚽️

An initiative we’ve been working on over the past few months, this program is designed for young players aged 4-7 who want to build strong foundational skills in a positive, fun, and engaging learning environment.

The program is designed and led by a former Leeds United and Liverpool International Academy coach.

Evolution Soccer Academy is heading back to Spain in March 2027 🇪🇸

We’re excited to be taking another group of players from our academy to work with CA Osasuna.

Our players will have the opportunity to travel to Tajonar, the home of Osasuna’s academy, to train with their coaches, play matches against their academy, and experience professional football culture firsthand. ⚽️
