June kicks off a new routine — and it’s a big one. Fitness with Baby and Fitness with Fetus have officially moved to our new home, , with new class times: Tuesday and Thursday mornings. New space, new schedule, fresh start.
And since everything’s shifting, I figured I’d shift too. Today I got my own workout in at the new studio, went for a run (my new personal goal to get back out running) and recorded the first episode of my relaunched podcast, Potty Talk: Tiny Tips for Your Pelvic Floor. For the first time in a long time, I actually showed up for ME.
Was the rest of the day glamorous? Absolutely not. ONE HOUR on the phone with Uber Eats. Three loads of laundry I’m ignoring. Zero groceries. A dishwasher that’s future me’s problem. And grilled cheese for dinner, because I hate cooking.
Here’s the thing about a new routine: it never shows up looking cute and organized. A hundred things came up today that could’ve been my excuse to skip all of it. I did it anyway.
So if you’ve been waiting for the perfect, calm moment to start something…., it’s not coming. Start in the mess - you will thank yourself 🤗

Today was our last 9:15 Total Body Reset class at The Fitness Centre, and my heart is full and a little heavy.
This is a chapter closing. is closing its doors on May 30th. I moved my classes here back in the winter of 2020 — during all the pivoting and craziness that was happening at the time — and Tammera, the owner, welcomed me with such open arms. She gave me a home for my Fitness with Baby and Fitness with Fetus classes, and she was so supportive of my pelvic floor programs, offering me a space to educate women about their pelvic floor health. Later, she asked me to lead a Tuesday morning class for the members, and that class became something so special.
These women. 🥹 Some of you have shown up to this class for the last FIVE years. Your commitment, your consistency, your dedication to your own health and wellness inspires me every single time I teach. But it’s so much more than the workout — it’s the friendships you’ve built, the way you cheer each other on, the laughter, the friendliness, the FUN we have together every week.
Today was emotional. Thank you to every single woman who has walked through those doors and made this class what it was. I wish you all nothing but the very best. 💛
