Its with heavy hearts we say that one of our own has passed.

Mr. Rick Petten was a beloved family member of ours. He was a great instructor to those that remember him, and he had a lot of passion and respect for the sport. He passionately encouraged everyone around him to be their very best in both their martial arts and in their lives. His love for his people knew no bounds.

To honour his wishes, there will not be a funeral or celebration of life. He wanted everyone to remember him in their own ways and to not make a fuss. His family is taking time to grieve privately, as his loss was quite sudden.

We share our condolences to his family. Rick was truly a great person and a great inspiration.

Today is our tie dye party starting at 11am-12:15pm!
The only class running today is the karate kid class.

Remember to bring a plastic bag to put your shirt in once you've dyed it!

Dont forget, this week is bring mom to class week!

For all competitors for tomorrows here are the divisions and times:
9am - Doors Open
10am - ALL Black Belt Divisions, All Parakarate Divisions, 5 and Under
11am - 6-7, 8-9 Novice
Noon - 8-9 Intermediate & 8-9 Advanced
1pm - 10-12
2:30pm - 13-17, Adult Coloured Belts

Our annual Easter egg hunt is tomorrow, Saturday April 4th for our students only
🐣4-6 year olds begin at 11am
🐥7-10 year olds begin at 12:30pm

Tomorrow, March 27th, the Macmillans orders arrive.
Pick up between 4-7pm, but we suggest you come asap to pick up your orders as the frozen goods will have already been out for a while and we dont have freezers to put them in!

We will be closed tonight, Friday March 13, due to the weather.
