RACE RECAP - SEPT 10 - OHSWEKEN SPEEDWAY BOX STOCKS.

Not the night we hoped for, but lots of speed and some great racing in the # 64X

HEAT 1 - P6 (started 2nd)
HEAT 2 - P5 (started 8th)
FEATURE - P10 (started 11th)

Heat 1, Mason started up front and was all over the leader, accidentally spinning him with one lap to go. This resulted in a penalty, sending us to the tail of the pack, where we salvaged a 6th place in the two remaining laps. It was a light touch, but taking out the leader never looks good. 😬

A decent 5th place from the back in Heat 2 placed us mid-pack 11th for the Feature, in which, after battling up to 7th, we slipped in tight traffic to 10th.

We always learn, and the track conditions gave us something new this time around. Cool weather, moisture, temperature.... Notes are made and we will get it. We were badass fast as usual... just need to keep putting the pieces together.

NEXT UP...
Little Middleton on Tuesday, Sept 15th, followed by Ohsweken Speedway on Wednesday September 16th for Northern Nationals.

These last 2 weeks have been a whirlwind of on and off track activity!
Between Kartfest and the Canadian Karting Championship, creating fresh liveries, turning engines around between events and coaching all our team drivers it has been a tiring time, and the most fun we've had all year!

We thank all of our amazing supporters, congratulate all of our drivers for their success in achieving their personal goals.

Despite Ethan initially winning the Canadian Karting Championship and having it taken away by penalty, we appreciate ASN Canada's enhanced technical inspection process determining who the rightful winner truly was.

Now time to regroup during a much needed week off..
