Nobody apologizes for handing you their joy. It's only ever the heavy things people think they need to justify.

But someone trusting you with their unfiltered mess isn't a burden ā€” it's a form of trust most people never get to witness.

They're not "unloading." They're choosing you, out of everyone, as the place where they don't have to perform.
