It’s okay to be nervous.

It’s okay to be scared.

It’s okay to feel like everyone else knows what they’re doing while you’re standing at the beginning wondering where to start.

The truth is, no one is good at something they’ve never done before. No one starts as an expert. I truly don’t believe I’ll ever be an expert in anything, and I’m grateful that I just keep to keep learning and I age.

You don’t need to have all the answers. You don’t need to get it perfect. You don’t need to earn your place before you begin.

And if you’re feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or afraid, I just want you to know that you’re not alone. I’m here. Not to teach you that you’re doing life wrong, but to remind you that you’re human.

You are so deeply loved šŸ–¤

This June, I’d love to invite you to spend an hour just for you. šŸ’š

Whether you’re brand new to yoga, returning after time away, or looking for a practice that feels supportive, accessible, and free from pressure, I’d be honoured to welcome you.

I’ve been teaching yoga for over five years and have trained in a variety of modalities, allowing me to adapt each class to meet people where they are. My passion is creating a space where every body feels safe, seen, and supported.

You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need experience.
You don’t need the ā€œrightā€ yoga clothes.

You simply need to show up as you are.

My goal is to help you build a practice that feels good in your body, offer options that work for your unique needs, and make movement enjoyable, approachable, and even a little fun. 🌿

These June classes are human-only classes, giving us a quiet, peaceful space to breathe, move, stretch, and reconnect.
