Itās okay to be nervous.
Itās okay to be scared.
Itās okay to feel like everyone else knows what theyāre doing while youāre standing at the beginning wondering where to start.
The truth is, no one is good at something theyāve never done before. No one starts as an expert. I truly donāt believe Iāll ever be an expert in anything, and Iām grateful that I just keep to keep learning and I age.
You donāt need to have all the answers. You donāt need to get it perfect. You donāt need to earn your place before you begin.
And if youāre feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or afraid, I just want you to know that youāre not alone. Iām here. Not to teach you that youāre doing life wrong, but to remind you that youāre human.
You are so deeply loved š¤

Iām cheering you on; Iām loving the chance to accompany your Pilates and workout classes with some Yin on Monday nights. Thank you for your devotion and dedication to your practice, and for all the support and love you show to each other, every day.

Yoga Classes ā Wednesdays at 11 a.m.
This June, Iād love to invite you to spend an hour just for you. š
Whether youāre brand new to yoga, returning after time away, or looking for a practice that feels supportive, accessible, and free from pressure, Iād be honoured to welcome you.
Iāve been teaching yoga for over five years and have trained in a variety of modalities, allowing me to adapt each class to meet people where they are. My passion is creating a space where every body feels safe, seen, and supported.
You donāt need to be flexible.
You donāt need experience.
You donāt need the ārightā yoga clothes.
You simply need to show up as you are.
My goal is to help you build a practice that feels good in your body, offer options that work for your unique needs, and make movement enjoyable, approachable, and even a little fun. šæ
These June classes are human-only classes, giving us a quiet, peaceful space to breathe, move, stretch, and reconnect.
