Using PBT Certified exercises like arm wraps helps dancers understand placement, coordination, resistance, and movement quality in their upper body. Not just where the arms go, but how they move with strength and control through every transition. ✨

HOME OPENER MAY 15 ⚾️🧢
We’re excited to announce our partnership with the Brantford Red Sox this season. Our dancers will be taking the field as the Red Sox Cheer Squad bringing high energy performances interactive cheers and community spirit to game days throughout the summer.
This unique opportunity allows our dancers to perform in a whole new setting while supporting local baseball and connecting with our community in a fun and meaningful way.
