📌 Athlete Farm offers a one of a kind off-season training protocol for athletes in the Brantford/Norfolk/Woodstock area.
✅ Not only will they get to reap the benefits of personalized training designed to get them stronger, faster, more injury resistant and more coordinated, they’ll also be able to train amongst other successful competitive athletes.
⏰ Now in its 9th year, our community of off-season athletes now includes dozens of NCAA, CIS, OHL, National and Professional level athletes. It can’t be overstated how impactful it can be to train in an environment surrounded by other dedicated athletes.
