It's with great pride to see one of my most devoted and experienced students take his next step in his martial arts journey. I remember when Sensei Erik Croft was only a 4 year old shy youngster, and as I watched him grow and develop confidence and great skill through his martial arts training, I was excited and proud of the instructor and mentor he became. It is with great pride and joy to promote his new endeavor to you. I have every confidence that students of his new dojo, Winning Way Martial Arts, will also grow in their own self belief, strength and success in their martial arts journey! I wish Sensei Croft and his students all the best for the future!

A small change to the adult classes. The Monday class has now been moved to Saturday at 11:50am to 12:50pm!

Karate Tots starts this saturday morning at the new location at 101 Wayne GretzkyParkway!!! It runs from 8:30am to 9:15 am. It's a super fun and active movement program for Tots 18 months to 3yrs +. We use creative movement games, simple and fun karate games, music, rhythm, while developing focus and listening skills. Parent or caregiver can be involved until the child is comfortable on their own while you watch. Only $60 for 6 sessions. First class is free!!

Saturday was awesome! It was great to see our students come out as well as all the other new friends we met! It was great to see people out checking out all the different sports. Hey everyone it's Sensei Croft was some awesome news. We have our new schedule starting up this Saturday!! We have an amazing area in the sports centre on Wayne Gretzky Parkway. It's a new location but the same awesome karate and I look forward to seeing all the old and new karate kids (and adults) in class again!!!
