For some reason discipline and self-control have been plagued over the years. Some people paint them as "unhealthy" or find it odd when people have the discipline to forego short-term pleasure for long-term gain.
In reality this is actually the greatest form of self love. The ability to pass up small pleasures for the bigger picture.

Struggling to lose weight? One of the three major mistakes may be holding you back!
1) Daily cardio will burn through muscle and put too much stress on your body
2) Binging on the weekends AKA weekenditis will ruin an entire weeks worth of hard work if you're not careful
