Its thirsty thursday!!!!

Best thing you can do for your body is to drink a full glass of water as soon as you get up.

You just went 8 hours without drinking anything, your body is already starting to dehydrate, especially in this heat.

So chug chug chug.

With being sick for the past month, I am finally starting to feel much better!!!

I havent been working out as much, which is killing me because i cannot go a day without working out, but ive been okay with my nutrition. Hasent been 100 percent, but its been okay.

Well enough is enough, I am ready to kick my ass back into gear. I am purchasing 22 min hard co**se this month, and I am thinking about putting together a 22 min hard co**se boot camp. Its on sale this month and plenty of time to pick yourself up a copy.

I mean who doesnt have 22 minutes in the day to work on YOU????

In my challenge group we are doing a 20 day photo challenge, its a fun challenge to keep us motivated and on track. Here is mine.

Why did you choose this journey?

For me i chose this specific journey because while i wanted go lose weight i wanted to be healthy!! Thats what i love about this program, no cutting carbs, no starving, easy short workouts and no wasted money at the gym.

The reason I Wanted to lose weight is because i was tired of being tired and unhealthy. I couldn't keep up with my kids, i needed to nap everyday, i had anxiety and fear of stepping out of my comfort zone. Now with my new confidence i am doing things i never thought i would do, like acting and singing on stage.
