Lately, life has looked like…

Enjoying the comfort of familiar and healthy routines.

Wildlife wandering across the land.

Flowers everywhere, reminding me how much beauty there is when I slow down enough to notice.

Butterflies for them. 🦋

Solo dates to the beach with a good book, iced matcha, and the salt air.

And sooo many wee re-noticings of the parts of life that matter most. You know, the quiet moments that somehow make everything feel a little more alive.

I am learning that a beautiful life isn’t always made of extraordinary moments…

lots of times, it is simply, paying attention.

A Thank You to Bend With a Flower.

Looking back through these photographs,
I don’t just see the evolution of a business.

I see the evolution of a woman.

A woman who was learning to trust herself.

Who found her voice.

Who discovered that the name Flower wasn’t something she created, it was something she slowly grew into.

Bend With a Flower carried me exactly where it was meant to.

And now, with so much gratitude, I’m turning the page.

Flower

I’ve never been interested in asking the body to perform.

I’m much more interested in learning its language.

To notice the breath before changing it.

To understand why we move the way we do before trying to move differently.

To become curious instead of critical.

That’s the kind of yoga I love to share.

Beginning next Sunday, July 12th, I’ll be teaching Sunday mornings from 10:30–11:30 AM at Saison.

I will also be opening space for private yoga sessions for those looking for a more personal practice rooted in breath, mindful movement, and a deeper understanding of the body.

I’d love to meet you on the mat, exactly as you are. 🌿

I actually created this workbook during our first year living on our land.

At the time, it was a reimagining of my Wheel of the Year workbook.

But as the seasons unfolded, it became something much bigger.

It became a place to document what was happening both around me and within me.

Which flowers arrived first.
Which birds returned.
What my body needed in winter.
What I was ready to release in autumn.
What felt possible again in spring.

Somewhere along the way, I realized regulating a nervous system isn’t only something that happens inside four walls.

Sometimes it happens by paying attention to the land beneath your feet.
