Sunday May 28th, 6pm, Astor Theatre Liverpool- a show you will NOT want to miss! It's going to be a jam packed evening of Jazz, Hip-hop, Contemporary, Tap, Ballet, Acro and Lyrical dance styles! Tickets are available at the studio during regular class hours or contact Miss Kim @ [email protected] to reserve your ticket! Tickets are first come first serve and if any are left over they will be sold at the door. We cannot wait to see our award winning competitive dances hit the stage one last time, and we are very excited to see our non-competitive classes finally in the spotlight! Have a great day :)

Our dancers before the show tonight at the Bridgewater Volunteer Recognition Ceremony!

Our dancers are exhausted after a fun filled weekend at Champions Dance Competition. We were awarded 15 platinum medals and 24 high gold medals!

Special shout outs to- "Faded" for winning the overall intermediate age 11 award and scholarship, "Wastin Time" 2nd overall intermediate age 16 award, "My Hands" 2nd overall 8 year old award, "Dance Doctor" overall 8 year old award and scholarship, "Superhuman" for special award called 'powerhouse' and honorable mention trophy, "Red Alert" for special award 'rockin rhythm', "Wake Me Up" for special award 'clean, commitment & choreography", and "No Place" for special award 'precious moments'.

Such a great weekend of beautiful dancing. Thank you from all of the Nova Dance staff to all of our amazing students and dance parents

WOW- Limelight was amazing. Congratulations to all of our dancers and choreographers. Here is a summary of our weekend!

Nova dancers received 12 gold medals, 19 silver medals and 12 bronze medals!

6 high mark trophies: "Wastin Time", "Escape", "Reminiscence", "Revolver", "Red Alert" and "Blue".

2 special awards: "See You In My Dreams" received the Cool and Collected award for finishing their dance like professionals after their music stopped while they were onstage. They didn't miss a beat! "Escape" received the Magical Moments award for all of the cool picture perfect moments during the dance. Miss Mal even got a little choreo shout out!

1 vault entry: Our select lyrical team was invited to compete in the vault. I think we are safe to say that it was the best time they've ever done "See You In My Dreams"- breathtaking job ladies!

1 scholarship- Kelsi Rose was the recipient of a $2000 Be Discovered scholarship to the NYC summer intensive "Broadway Bound"

Nova keeps improving each and every day- to think last year we received 2 gold medals! Hard work pays off dancers and you proved that this weekend :)

A special thanks goes out to the parent chaperones who helped out all weekend! Congrats again to everyone, now go get some rest after this fantastic weekend of DANCE!

What a great start to our weekend! Here are our Limelight Day 1 Novice and Intermediate dancer results :)

We took home 3 gold medals, 10 silver medals, 11 bronze medals, 1 high mark trophy and 24 BEAUTIFUL performances :) Miss Kim, Miss Mal and Miss I'thandi are SO proud!

Congratulations to the Nova Dancers who participated in the choreographers showcase "Taking Steps to Fly" yesterday. "Reminiscence" dancers danced their piece beautifully. Special shout-out to Mariah Kelley for being the adjudicators choice of the evening with her solo "No Escape". We cannot wait to see all of our competitive teams hit the stage in only 3 days at Limelight Dance Competition!
