Enjoy the rich blend of harmonic tones produced by healing instruments along with Cezarina’s angelic songs.

Wear comfortable clothing and be ready to lay down for 60 minutes with a blanket and any other props you need to feel comfortable. The resonant frequencies of crystal singing bowls, string instrumentals, angelic songs, gentle bells and chimes are not just for auditory pleasure; they are a tool for profound mental relaxation and systemic balance.

This experience is crafted to:
· Facilitate deep mental relaxation, quieting the seasonal mental chatter.

Creation is the blessing of the mother for humans and for any living being. In truth, a mother is anyone who nurtures offspring with utmost love and care. If we look into nature, we can find this nurturing in the relationship between a hen and her chicks, a cat and her kittens, or a cow and her calf — a relationship even more powerful in the case of human beings! Our mothers kept us in their wombs; then, after birth, they took care of us for years. A mother's heart is filled with joy when her children are healthy and happy.

A popular saying in Sanskrit states, mata sama nasti sharira poshana: "No one in the world takes care of children like a mother." It is difficult to measure a mother's heart and love. In the womb a mother and her baby's heart beat in the same rhythm; similarly, a mother's mind is always anchored to her child wherever the child may be. A mother always tries to comfort her children. A mother is the most cozy and comfortable shelter of human children and all living beings. She is the epitome of tenderness and the personification of pure love.

The most natural and beautiful relationship in existence is the relationship with the mother. A proverb says, "A mother is she who can take the place of all others, but whose place no one can take." A mother is thus unique and incomparable. A mother can be both father and mother when needed, but for a father to take the role of the mother is not always easy.

When we understand and recognize the special role of a mother, our heads naturally bend down with love and reverence for her sacrifice and selfless service. What more is there to say? Mother's Day is a time to respect mothers and offer regards to them with humility and caring.

On this Mother's Day, I remember my own mother who is no longer in her physical form. I send my love to all the mothers of the world, and above all to God as the Mother. I pray the Divine Mother will bless creation with love, kindness, and compassion and the heart of a loving mother. With the motherly heart, let us love and serve the entire creation and do our best to preserve Mother Nature and all living beings...
