See the video below for an overview of the features, but one that stands out is the built in shock absorption. This makes running or walking significantly easier on your body. Goodbye joint pain, shin splints and sore back!! Bluetooth and connection to the Sunny Health app are pretty convenient features as well 😊🏋️♀️
