Proud of us! One of the most difficult challenge we faced was eating enough protein to build muscle and have a fast enough metabolic rate to burn fat efficiently.
We used to skip protein snacks because, LIFE 😆. You know when the day goes by and you don’t even realize you didn’t eat?
Now thanks to PLANNING, we order less take out, we’re more structured, the fridge is full of options, and the results show upppp !!
