Welcome Back!!
It’s been a long road but we are finally back for indoor classes starting tomorrow Friday July 16th.

As of Tuesday February 16th Halton region is moving into the Red-Control zone so we are back open!!

Underlying health status is a major detriment of severe COVID-19 illness.
-Exercise and proper nutrition improve underlying health status
-Ontario gyms account for less than 5% of all outbreaks in “hot spots”
-Estimates state 1/4 gyms will go bankrupt by end of 2020 due to lockdowns
We ask for your help in supporting the creation of a collaborative initiative between government, public health, and leaders in the fitness industry in order to keep these businesses operating safely, so they can keep Ontarians healthy. Ontario has the opportunity to be a national and global leader in the fight against COVID-19 pandemic, while building a foundation for incredible positive health outcomes for generations to come.

If your lacking motivation or you have been off track lately Monday is a great day to turn it around.
1. PREPARE. Figure out your week and set a daily alarm to workout. Take 60 min for yourself to train hard and mentally step away, you will feel way better after.
2. HOLD YOURSELF ACCOUNTABLE. This is a big one and can’t be stressed enough. There are a million reasons to not workout right now, stress...family...motivation....equipment. Stop letting yourself off the hook.
3. Focus on what you CAN control, not what you CANT 👊🏻👊🏻
