A recent study showed the 2 best exercises for deltoid development were the 45 degree prone 'elbows wide' rows and side laterals.
Here's a great shoulder superset 'with a slight variation' of performing side laterals with a power band while on the step 360.

Every now and again a client comes in with a sore lower back. Here's 2 classic exercises done differently to help alleviate lower back pain.
Floor chest press and single 45 degree latpulldown.

Here's a nice 'short version' of a full body workout performed by my clients at Strive Strength and Fitness
Jack push-ups (using 360 board) with curls to alternating arnold press 3x
Latpulldowns with seated 'deadstop' EZ curls 3x
Ladder work cardio 3 laps x 3 sets
Jump squat calf raises with floor leg raises 3x
Congrats to everyone who did (or tried) the 'cardio-muscular' workout this week. Now you know why I don't do them 😁

Congratulations to Kim who won our "6 week weight loss challenge". Kim lost an amazing 8% of her body weight.
She did this by following a calorie and macros plan set out by yours truly, training with me twice per week and supplementing her workouts with 2 cardio sessions (running) per week.
She won collection of supplements courtesy of Strive Strength and Fitness.
In second place we have Blair who lost 6% of his body weight. His prize was a box of 'detour coffee collection' courtesy of detour coffee.
Congratulations to all who took part, you lost a combined total of 80lbs together 💪 🏋

Push workout at Strive Strength and Fitness (prioritizing chest, shoulders and triceps)
Focus on technique rather than speed so you are able establish the mind muscle connection.
Remember, the results you achieve will be directly proportional to the effort you apply. Train hard!!
Alternating stretch press with cable crossovers
Landmine thrusters with landmine rear lunges
Dips with overhead Tricep extensions
Plyo pushups with Tricep kickbacks

Workouts are meant to be challenging. But coming up with a good workout can be hard for most people.
A well rounded workout should include a combination of upper and lower body, with functional movements for various rep ranges and limited rest.
It's always satisfying when I see my clients destroy a workout such as this. It shows determination and how far they've progressed.

It's never to late to start your quest for health and fitness.
