Did you know that the there is no more important number to predict your health and longevity than your VO2 max and how strong you are?
Your strength and cardiovascular fitness are better predictors of your longevity than your cholesterol levels are. They are better than your blood pressure readying. Better than if you have diabetes, and even if you smoke.
