Little details make the biggest difference. 👊

Coach Kendall Cooper talks about the importance of being honest with every rep. Miss a pass? Own it. Recognize the mistake, correct it, and make the next rep better.

That’s how players improve, by putting intention into the smallest details of every drill.

Our Technical Skating Development Clinic with Coach Emma is designed for AAA, AA & A players (Ages 10–14) who want to build stronger skating habits that carry over into every shift.

Players will work on:
🏒 Edge control and transitions
🏒 Stride mechanics and power
🏒 Explosive starts and acceleration
🏒 Balance, body positioning, and agility

Pucks are incorporated throughout the sessions, but the focus is always on developing proper skating mechanics first.

Can’t attend every session? No problem! If your child is unable to attend every August session, we are happy to accommodate. Simply let us know which dates they can attend, and we will prorate the registration fee accordingly. Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for athletes to get on the ice whenever they can.

If you’re looking to gain an edge this season, this is where it starts. Sessions run Tuesdays!

Visit thepond.ca to register.

The fastest players aren’t always the quickest skaters, players who move efficiently can process the game faster.

When movement becomes automatic, players can spend less time thinking about their body and more time reading plays and anticipating opportunities.

The Pond is a studio for skill mastery to help build patterns that lead to faster thinking and better hockey.
