The Skating Lab @ The Wave permanently closed a year ago. The new site is opening August 21st in Mississauga. Stay tune for details.

Just a quick update from the now Closed Burlington Skating Lab location.

Afternoon ALL former Skating Lab (Burlington) Clients,

As many of you are aware, The Skating Lab at the WAVE closed a year ago. We still have our Toronto location, our Brock location and coming soon our 'NEW' Mississauga location.

It has come to my attention that the owners of Progressive Sports Medicine at the WAVE are attempting to reopen a treadmill under our name and hashtags. Legal counsel for The Skating Lab Inc have been informed.

BUYER BEWARE - this is not the original Skating Lab nor affiliated in any way with Dr. Lockwood's labs. The original Skating Lab is built upon the science produced by Dr. Lockwood and colleagues, the programs are evidence based, and trainers highly trained both academically and practically. Or in other words, we have always prided ourselves on more than hockey credentials. Let's face it - most Canadians have played hockey, but not all hockey players have the credentials and skills to teach mechanics while understanding growth and development of our young athletes.
