It's with mixed emotions that Friday we closed the doors to Crossift Neart. After 5 years as an affiliate, it is time to embark on a new journey in our lives; unfortunately, that means we have to leave behind our amazing community we have had the pleasure being part of.
The last 5 years have brought so many amazing people through our doors and created something more than just a community. It created a family, where we have weathered a pandemic, seen weddings and babies being born, many laughs have been had, and goals reached.
We are confident that no matter where your fitness journeys lead you, you will be successful and can't wait to see where Crossfit takes you!
We want to thank all of you that made the past 5 years so rewarding. You'll never full realize the impact each of you had on us as coaches/owners.

Working on Skills
Although we love seeing our athletes hit PRs on lifts there is something super special when someone nails a skill after putting the work in.
We believe on building time into our programming regularly to be able to work on and perfect some of the more challenging CrossFit skills
Amazing job to for getting her handstand hold linked up and being able to use it in the wod

Saturday wod on a long weekend.
Farmers carry followed by pinch plate carries then a wod that seemed to hit right
One class on Monday at 9am.. partner style and will certainly burn off the extra calories from a long weekend.
