Studio Technique

4 INTRO PRIVATE SESSIONS $250 Studio Technique is located in the heart of central Burlington. We offer private, semi private and small group classes.

All of our instructors are Stott Certified to give you the most benficial workout that Pilates can provide. We are a fully equiped studio which includes your fundamental matwork, reformers, a cadillac, stability chairs along with several props all to enhance and bring variety to your workouts.
