I was 22 when I first started on my own in 2012. That's a long time ago! With a lot of familiar faces still from 2012, there's been almost a thousand new faces! I will see nearly 15 clients a day and always look forward to new transformations, conversations and new perspectives. The fitness industry changes year to year but returning to basics while keeping up with the latest trends to deliver my best effort has been my motto! is a great place to work and I'm grateful for the people in the community!
