I was 22 when I first started on my own in 2012. That's a long time ago! With a lot of familiar faces still from 2012, there's been almost a thousand new faces! I will see nearly 15 clients a day and always look forward to new transformations, conversations and new perspectives. The fitness industry changes year to year but returning to basics while keeping up with the latest trends to deliver my best effort has been my motto! is a great place to work and I'm grateful for the people in the community! The new corner has a sweet reflection off the front door. A/C is cranked so the door's closed most days but in the morning I'll open the door to get fresh air coming in.. luckily, my clients never complain 🤥🤥😎😎

12 years ago yesterday, I opened up my gym in Waterdown. I spent 6 months in Waterdown before committing to a spot in Burlington. I don't like moving, especially moving a business but I knew I had to be back in Burlington. I was downtown Burlington for nearly 10 years. For the last couple of years I've been back where it all started for me. . Aldershot has been my home. Home to my high school, my first home, my first job.
