So many great points and suggestions for parents!
I know for us my kids have no screen time Monday-Friday and that includes tv. We have only recently been giving them 10-15 minutes during the week for a reading app they use. Also early bedtimes have been my mantra since becoming a sleep consultant. My kids 7 and 5 and typically in bed around 6:30-7pm and sleep until 6:30-7am. They need it!!!

This is such a great article.
These are guidelines for the USA however the Canadian guidelines are extremely close and in line with the USA ones.
