I never realized it but for the longest time I was trapped in the diet binge cycle & hating my body because I didn’t believe I was worthy of eating ice cream & not feeling guilty.

I didn’t think there was a way to stop the chronic anxiety around food and the constant negative “you’re such an idiot” phrases I’d say to myself after every time I ate too much.

But this was a large part of why I was stuck.

I felt hopeless.
I didn’t believe it was possible.

A part of me wanted to continue struggling because maybe I deserved to.

It took me 10 years to struggle my way through food freedom and this doesn’t need to be the case for you.

I’ve got the blueprint that set me free from binge eating & I’m ready to share it with you.

It can be easy to obsess about what others think about you.

We’re always searching for a place to belong - at work, at home, in friendships

A natural part of being in a group is being accepted, something we all crave.

Acceptance of others first starts with being accepting of yourself.

When there is self acceptance

- You no longer have the desire to eat 9 cookies - you make peace with food & honour your body.
- You no longer criticize the way your stomach looks - you start talking to yourself as you would a best friend.

This is the power of rewiring the brain & uncovering limiting beliefs about who you are.

The way you view food & your body naturally begins to shift when you prioritize self love over beating yourself up.

Perhaps it’s time to stop judging yourself so that you can be less concerned about what others think of you & more concerned about what you think of you❤️

There are so many myths out there & I want to speak the truth.

Truth number 1 - There is nothing wrong with you.

Truth number 2 - You are not broken.

Truth number 3 - You don’t need to work harder or stir up more motivation to not give into your late night cravings.

Going out for burgers & fries spontaneously on a Saturday afternoon with your partner should be exciting but calories seem to be prioritized over memories.

How come some women can simply crave wholesome fruits & veggies and eat fries & burgers once & a while & have it be normal?

They KNOW who they are.

Not one single diet out there is going to help you create an empowering identity that directly impacts who you are.

Your identity & who you believe you are is what will give you the fulfillment you’re desiring from the inside out, not the fact that your stomach is 2 inches smaller.

This isn’t the fun & sexy stuff that most women wanna hear about because dropping 20lbs before seeing your family who you haven't seen all year seems to be more important.

But simultaneously frustration builds because it’s the same 20lbs that keeps getting lost & put on every year.

You don’t have to blame yourself though for not knowing a solution that creates sustainable transformation because not many coaches will teach you how to create a new empowering identity for yourself, shift your limiting beliefs, heal at a root level & rewire your brain that will allow you to make sustainable changes in the way you view food and how you treat your body.

I learned this the hard way & spent an entire decade swimming upstream with dieting approaches that left me feeling even worse about my body & the women I saw in the mirror.

I know it feels safe being on a diet that promises you’ll have less cravings & as a bonus drop a few lbs, but it’s time for a new approach.

Because feeling disgusted in your own skin and feeling controlled by food is exhausting & surely not fun.

There are so many ways to be in a smaller body BUT no amount of calorie restriction will ever “FIX” the hatred you feel for your body.

The disgust when you look at yourself in the mirror.

The inner mean girl thoughts that you speak when you see your friend posts a photo of you on FB.

Having a healthy self image has way less to do with the food you’re consuming & more to do with your beliefs about who you are.

Not ONE single diet out there teaches you:
How to heal at the root level.
How to sit with your emotions & healthfully feel through them.
How to trust yourself & your body.
How to feel safe in your body so you no longer need to numb & constantly distract yourself w/ food.

Today, I see a happy & healthy women.
Not because of my body.
But because I’ve spent time healing.

Getting to strip back the old layers & conditioning that blocked me from showing up as my true self.

To show up as the confident women that allows me to thrive in my biz & in my relationships.

To heal the people pleaser in me that was desperate to get smaller in hopes that ppl would like me.

Until you do the inner work to shift your beliefs, you will forever be unhappy; whether you’re 10lbs or 20 lbs lighter, it will never be enough.

Stop trying to chase the new diet that you THINK will fix how much you hate your stomach & start looking inwards to see what really needs to be healed.

Anxiously weighing every almond on your plate making sure your macros met your daily limit?

Are you exhausted being a slave to my fitness pal as well?

I remember spending hours in my kitchen frantically weighing my food (ensuring I even counted for every gram of spinach).

After 10 years of trying meal plans, calorie counting, macros, intermittent fasting and seeing a naturopath & therapist, I was mentally EXHAUSTED trying to end binge eating.

Almost every single night after a long exhausting day of work all I wanted to do was eat everything in sight which meant every food I restricted myself of, or told myself was bad or unhealthy.

..Every bit of carbs, bread, rice cakes, bars of chocolate, maybe even half the jar of almond butter.

It felt like my body & my mind were in a constant fight because it was IMPOSSIBLE to stop eating once I started.

..eating way past fullness
..eating in secret
..feeling intense shame & guilt
..on autopiolet mode
..beating myself up for breaking that promise of “no snacks after dinner”

10 years of believing that I would just be a slave to calories for the rest of my life, almost giving up hope that I could never eat like a normal person.

It wasn’t until I found a way to end my binge eating that was simple & straight to the point that NOT ONE SINGLE DIET or therapist helped me to do.

& that was to get to the ROOT by uncovering limiting beliefs & REWIRE my brain so I no longer felt the impulse to binge.

Something that made so much sense to me yet I have never tried before.

The urge to binge diminished due to me learning the tools to rewire my brain.

After helping 100s of women & being living proof that you can live a fulfilled food freedom life & no longer have food be the main thing on your mind, I am launching my group coaching program.

Since going through my academy, improving her relationship with food & doing the inner work she’s been able to:
-enjoy her fav foods (without weight gain)
-go through a pregnancy & use the tools to help her through labour/pain
-enjoy precious time with her baby girl & her family without being distracted with calorie counting & obsessing over food

What a blessing to be fully present with her baby girl & get to create these magical moments that will be memories for life.

It was amazing getting to see her in person again for her baby shower, as we only met the one time right when she joined the DDD Academy.
