Diet Soda is Evil, and causing you to... what? lose weight

When it comes to purely weight loss, zero calories means zero calories, and if you replace 200 calories with 0 what do you get? 0

Meaning if you’re overweight and drink 1-2 or more soda’s a day, just switching to diet soda could immediately help you lose weight.

But if you don’t make the switch and you want to lose weight, that means you have to be so so so much stricter on your diet AND you’ll have to remove solid foods from your diet to create that deficit.

I don’t know about you, but I don’t like feeling hungry all day, I’m making that switch every time.

Replace the soda (or fruit juice) with diet soda and and enjoy your calories in solid food form.

If you don’t make that switch, understand that’s a choice, and you’re choosing to make it harder for yourself to lose weight.

Harsh but true.
