Ladies!! This dip is SOOOOOO delicious!! I wanted to find a healthy dip, and this has so much broccoli 🤣 It's so easy, I used frozen thawed broccoli so all I needed was my blender!

Did you know?
There is so much you can do with your Halloween pumpkin!
1- Pumpkin seeds- clean off the seeds, toss with a little olive oil and season with spices, bake in the oven. Pumpkin seeds are great for your health!
2- Seed Cycling, to balance hormones and reduce the symptoms of women's cycles and stages from menstrual to menopause! Eat pumpkin seeds every day for the first two weeks of your cycle. Don't have a cycle? You can also manage hormones using seed cycling with the moon phases.
3- Bake with pumpkin. If you are not on Pinterest, give it a try. I've made blender pumpkin pie, pumpkin bread, pumpkin no-meat loaf, casseroles, and more!
4- Give it to your dogs! Pumpkin is good for your dog's digestion. AND they love it!
5- Put it in your smoothie.
6- PSL - make a coffee/latte with it by blending it into your milk of choice.
