Been so long since I’ve done chest and triceps. Been trying to get back into running on the treadmill to build up my cardio/endurance. It’s all about the proper heel strike and keeping the body aligned with a proud/prominent chest.. this allowed me to go faster on the stair-master at a longer rate of time.

Took a couple rest days due to feeling uncomfortable from that time of the month and now to get back to it. I have wood plank salmon and asparagus waiting for me at home ☺️

Baggy shirt season… this tshirt is over 10 years old from when I was 300lbs and it’s a size 2X. I should shop at The Jump Off a lot back then because they carried my size. I also was a big Lil Wayne and Drake fan hence the YMCMB 😅

I’ve been on two ends of the spectrum with weight. I’ve been overweight at 300lbs and I’ve been super lean at 145-150lbs. Right now, I’m in the middle and sometimes I’m frustrated that I’ve gained weight but at the same time, it’s been necessary because in college at the lean stage of my life I was in a constant deficit without giving my body a break. So now it is time to work harder than I’ve ever worked before.
I was going to release a video and I still will, but right now, to let all know, I am in the process of starting up as a independent trainer and want to help others who want to put in the work. Also, I am hoping in the next few days to release a video with more details as to how and where I’ll be training but always feel free to DM me in the meantime. I am certified as well as a health & Fitness grad if wondering about qualifications.

Day 3 with the new pixie cut… do I regret it? Not really. Do I look forward to getting more tattoos because I feel they suit this haircut more? Absolutely. Also, hello jawline & cheekbones.
