Happy to be able to get back to my studies since getting Covid in March. The exhaustion and brain fog were the most challenging symptoms for me. The brain fog is real! I could not look at a computer for any length of time, or focus enough to respond to emails.

I'm glad to be back to my studies, upgrading my courses in Yoga for Brain injuries.

I used to think that resiliance meant that I needed to be strong, unwavering and unflappable like the seawall, in the storm. Now I understand that being resiliant means to be the water...not the wall. For being the water, I am able to change shape, to move, to flow..so that when I hit the walls, then I shall just flow in another direction,... fluid.

Sunday Night Yoga was such a hit that I've added it to the regular schedule. Gentle Flow 7-8pm. As always I include stretching and breathwork, such a great way to end your weekend and prepare for a new week. I'm so excited to be collaborating with .energylab
