Burnaby FC is proud to announce the appointment of Adam Day as the club’s new Head of Performance.

A UEFA A Licence and CSA A Licence coach, Day joins Burnaby FC following an accomplished career across the professional, international, and academy levels. His experience includes roles with the Portland Thorns FC, Canada Soccer Women’s National Team, Football Association of Wales Women’s National Team, and the Vancouver Whitecaps FC, where he has helped develop elite players and cultivate high-performance environments.

“The BFC End of Spring Festival for our U6-U9 players is a new tradition at the Club in which players play in a mini-World Cup before summer break. This was our 2nd Annual and it will be hard to top next season! The weather was wonderful and the young players enjoyed the occasion. What made this event extra special was our 2011 D2 Boys and 2011 D2 Girls teams who qualified for Provincials came out to support the event by running the games. Best of luck to these teams representing BFC at Provincials next month.”
