Meet Rebecca, one of our Personal Trainers at Evolve Strength Brentwood 👋

As a mom of two and a coach who works with pre and postnatal clients, Rebecca knows firsthand how important strength training can be throughout pregnancy and postpartum.

In Part 1, she talks about why continuing to move and build strength during these stages can be so valuable, and how training can support your body through all the changes that come with motherhood.

More from our conversation with Rebecca coming soon 💚

Nothing makes us happier than hearing this 🥹💚

Big shoutout to Angie for always bringing the good energy and making everyone feel welcome. It’s the people behind the front desk and on the gym floor who make Evolve feel like home.

Thank you, Kityan, for the 5-star review ⭐️

We’re more than a gym. We’re a community full of people with lives, passions, careers, hobbies, and stories outside of training too 🤝

Part 1 of getting to know the people who make Evolve what it is.

And if you see us walking around with a camera at the gym, don’t be shy 👀 You might be in Part 2.

Such a beautiful morning on the rooftop with The Mindful Lab moving together, slowing down and taking a little time to reset. Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the morning so special 🤍

And we’re not done with rooftop mornings yet.

Our next event is coming up this Saturday, August 29 at 10 AM with ELEVATE for a Stretch Flow & Nervous System Reset Session led by kinesiologist Ashley Hernandez
